 1. How do I book with you? What’s the process?

Contact me here. Once we find a date that works for us both, I will send over an invoice for the non-refundable retainer and my contract to your email. I use a company called Square for all of my transactions. I love it, and there is minimal work for you. No need to download an app or sign up for an account. I will send you the invoice via email where you can pay with a card, just like any online shopping experience. It’s super safe and easy!

2. Do you travel?

OMG YES PLEASE! Travel makes my heart the happiest! Hit me up wherever you are or wanna go! Let me know your vision and I will try to make it happen!

3. Do you have a second shooter for weddings?

Yes. I typically always have my husband a long with me. He is a wonderful assistant! This ensures that we are able to capture everything effortlessly!

4. What’s your turnaround time?

The turnaround time depends on a lot on the time of year(summer and fall are crazy busy), my travel schedule, holidays and family. Typically, 2 weeks for sessions, and 10 weeks for weddings.

5. Do you give Raw(unedited) files?

No. Photos are simply halfway finished before the magic of editing happens. Editing is a major part of being a photographer, and makes my work uniquely mine.

6. Do you take payments?

Yes! I am always willing to break down a full price session or wedding package into payments! We can chat privately about this. Email me! a.newman.photography70@gmail.com

7. Can you Photoshop us?

If you are self conscious about anything, please let me know, as I’ll be extra aware of that while I am directing you when capturing your photos. Self love and body positivity are something I am working on personally with myself, and something I want to promote in others. I can remove blemishes, scars, bruises, acne, and other temporary things that will no longer be there in a week anyway.

8. Rescheduling? Bad Weather?

I LOVE shooting when the sun is out! Sometimes it likes to hide away and disappear for weeks. If you gotta have it, we can reschedule. I am all for embracing the fog, or a spotty drizzle, and I am a sucker for a snowy photo-shoot!

Though please note this, I stay pretty busy, and your new date could be pretty far out from the original, so please remember that if you decide you’d like to move your session for ANY reason. I’m pretty chill, but I will cut you off if rescheduling becomes a habit. You will have to pay a rescheduling fee if it gets out of hand.

But safety first; for you, me, and my equipment. I am more than happy to reschedule if there is a severe storm system headed our way, no penalty for you.

9. What should we wear?

I have a small inventory you can take a look into, but it’s a work in progress. Haha! I do have a style guide though! So just ask and I’ll hook you up with ideas! Hats, cardigans, jackets, and other small accessories are always a favorite for me, as they are easy to remove and can change the look/feel of an image without a complete wardrobe change!
